Tips To Help You Achieve The Correct Tapping Technique:
You should use firm but gentle pressure, the same as if you were drumming on the top of your desk or testing fruit for its ripeness.
You can use all four fingers or just the first two (index and middle fingers). Four fingers are generally used on wider areas, while just two can be used on sensitive or smaller areas, such as around the eyes.
You can tap on one side of the body or both simultaneously. The meridian points are symmetrical on either side of the body.

Setup:
Take a moment to reflect on your craving for alcohol and the negative impact it has on your life. Rate the intensity of your craving on a scale of 0 to 10, with 0 being no craving and 10 being the strongest craving you can imagine.
The aim is that after completing the following 3-part EFT sequence your number will lower dramatically. You are welcome to keep repeating the whole sequence until your cravings dissolve to zero.
To begin your EFT session, you can find a comfortable position that feels right for you, whether sitting down or standing up. Take a deep breath and let it out slowly, allowing yourself to relax. Then simply follow the tapping sequence given below.
