Environment: Prepare a quiet, comfortable space with a yoga mat, comfy clothes, a light blanket, and an optional eye mask to enhance relaxation.
Requirements: Suitable for anyone over 18. Participants should ensure they are fit for intense breathwork, especially those with health considerations detailed in the contraindications.
Contraindications: This session is not suitable for individuals with:
History of cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack.
High blood pressure.
Glaucoma or retinal detachment.
Osteoporosis.
Recent significant physical injuries or surgery.
Severe mental illness.
Seizure disorders or neurological conditions.
Use of major medications.
Personal or family history of aneurysms.
Pregnant women and individuals with asthma should consult their physician before participating.
