Releasing Grief and Loss: EFT Tapping Sequence
Introduction:
Loss touches all of us in different ways. Whether it's the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a job, or even a way of life, it can be challenging to navigate the emotions that come with it. This EFT tapping exercise is here to help you process and release these feelings. It's okay to feel every emotion fully. As you tap, breathe deeply and allow whatever arises to be. You are giving yourself permission to feel and let go.
If you are new to EFT and Tapping please watch Claires set up instructions here.
