Your 30 day challenge is all about us introducing a new morning routine that will set us up for success with our mood, hunger and body weight. This is the 30-Day Habit That Will Change Your Day, Regulate Your Blood Sugar, and Improve Your Mood

Every morning we are going to complete the following 7 steps in order. This may feel like a huge change but we are all in this together and we are all going to support each other.

  1. Wake Up Mindfully

    • Start your day without distractions.

    • No phones, just focus on yourself and your intentions for the day.

    • Important:

      • No phones until you complete your entire morning routine.

      • No coffee or caffeine until after you've completed the list.

  2. Hydrate

    • Drink hot water with lemon, or plain water with lemon or cucumber.

    • Rehydrate to boost digestion and wake up your body.

  3. Tapping Session

    • Spend 5 minutes on a tapping practice to release stress and center your mind.

  4. Apple Cider Vinegar Shot

    • 10 minutes before breakfast:

    • Mix 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water to help manage blood sugar spikes.

  5. Eat a Savory Breakfast

    • Follow the Glucose Goddess food order:

      1. Start with fiber (vegetables or seeds).

      2. Move to protein and healthy fats (eggs, avocado, Greek yogurt).

      3. End with carbohydrates (if any are part of your meal).

  6. Music & Movement

    • Turn on your favorite playlist!

    • Dance for 10-15 minutes, or take a brisk walk. This movement helps lower blood sugar and sets a positive tone for the day. If you have movement or mobility issues please do what you can for 10-15 minutes. Ask Claire in the telegram group or via email for personal instruction as you will be using the power of visualisation as part of this task.

  7. Once you complete tasks 1-6 you can now have coffee or tea

    • Enjoy your first cup of coffee or tea—after your body is fully awake, nourished, and moving!

This simple, mindful routine will help regulate your blood sugar, curb cravings, stabilize your energy, and uplift your mood. Stick to it, and you’ll feel the positive effects every day!

Steps 2, 4 and 5 are part of her reccommended program and we will be learning about her approach during this challenge.

Starting the day with tasks 1-7 is a gamechanger, it make be hard to make the changes at first but by the end of the week you will see shifts in body weight and emotions.
