Workout Your Anxiety Class: Understanding and Overcoming Catastrophising

In this 85-minute session, hosted by Claire Anstey, we will dive deep into understanding catastrophising—a common thought pattern where we fixate on the worst possible outcomes and treat them as inevitable. Anxiety often magnifies this habit, making even small concerns feel overwhelming. Today, you’ll learn how to challenge and reframe these anxious thoughts using a powerful CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) technique.
