Explore a simple, CBT-based journaling exercise: You’ll learn how to reframe your catastrophic thoughts by exploring three key outcomes—the worst case, the best case, and the most realistic scenario.
Embody your new belief about the situation you are catastrophising about : At the end of the session, we will solidify our new balanced beliefs through a guided visualisation and a calming EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) tapping sequence.
What Do You Need?
All you’ll need for this class is a pen and paper for our journaling-style exercise. We’ll use this to work through your anxious thoughts, step by step, helping you to create more balanced, manageable outcomes.
