1: LIVE CLASS: Somatic Psychotherapy with Nicole Eden

When: Wednesday 23rd October 12pm BST
This is one you don’t want to miss—mark it in your diary! Nicole Eden will guide you through a live session inspired by Gabor Maté’s compassionate approach to emotional healing. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, or CPTSD, Nicole will help you uncover the root causes of your emotional struggles and guide you toward self-awareness and emotional freedom.

2: Self-Esteem Mirror Work Session
Strengthen your inner confidence and self-love. This powerful mirror work session allows you to reflect on your self-worth and let go of any limiting beliefs. The more you practice, the more you will shift from self-doubt to self-compassion.


3: Somatic Release Class with Lesley Mulcahy
In this class, Lesley will guide you through somatic (body-based) practices to release emotional tension and stored stress in your body. Experience the deep relief that comes from reconnecting with yourself and letting go of what no longer serves you.
