Kick off your journey with our Set Up Sessions, where you’ll have an opportunity to discuss your personal goals and challenges. Our weekly training program is for members who want something to follow to make it super easy for them. Give us 60-90 minutes of your time each week and reap the benefits.
Taking part in the weekly training program is optional as you may prefer to attend classes at your own pace and choose other sessions from the live timetable and on-demand library.
Our structured Weekly Training Plan is designed to guide your progress and keep you on track. This plan includes a balanced mix of live and on-demand sessions, carefully curated to address different aspects of mental and emotional fitness. Complete these 3 sessions each week to feel your mental and emotional fitness improve.
